A planning application has been submitted for 20 apartments at the former Bettws Community Club.

The development – which has been submitted by Swansea-based Castell Group on behalf of Valleys2Coast housing association – would be spread across two blocks.

All of the apartments would have one bedroom, with 21 parking spaces provided to the rear of the blocks themselves with 10 electric vehicle charging points.

Two dedicated cycle storage facilities (with 22 spaces) would also be provided.
