A planning application has been submitted by Halesowen-based Accomplish Group to convert a former hotel in Bridgend into a care home.
Subject to approval, the former Park Lodge Guest House on Bryntirion Hill would provide specialist care and rehabilitation for adults with brain injuries and autistic spectrum disorders who have also been diagnosed with a mental health condition.
Nine en-suite rooms would be provided, as well as staff rooms and shared lounges and living rooms. 8 staff would be working on-site on any given day.
