Plans have been submitted for a mixed-use development on land next to Tile & Bath Co. at Brackla Industrial Estate.
The proposals – submitted by Smart Car Wash – include a new five-bay self-service touchless car wash, three retail units and seven electric vehicle charging points. Each of the retail units would have a mezzanine floor.
Smart Car Wash already operates a self-service car wash at Coychurch Road in Bridgend. The proposed development would be a similar modular car wash design first developed in Poland.
